Tim Young, Head Taxidermist
Tim is the head taxidermist here at Young's Wildlife. Tim is a
certified master taxidermist both by the state of Maryland and
the National Taxidermist Association. He has been doing
taxidermy for 16 years. Tim has an extensive background in
art which drives his creative instincts and aids with design and
composition.

Brian Baugher, Taxidermist
In September of 2008 Brian began working with Tim, helping around the studio
doing various projects and learning the basics. In March 2009 Brian joined the
Young's Wildlife team as a full-time taxidermist. Although having a share in all
aspects of taxidermy Brian has received extensive training on all types of birds.
He is very proficient in waterfowl, upland birds, and turkeys. In June of 2009
Brian entered his first taxidermy competition at the Eastern Regional taking a
blue ribbon for first place in the Professional division with a bluebill mount.
Besides hunting and fishing Brian's other passion was always baseball. Brian
was a very talented pitcher one of the best in the country being drafted
straight out of high school by the New York Mets. He then choose to go to
college at Louisburg where he was a star pitcher. After receiving his
associates degree there he then went to Limestone college where he received
his bachelor's degree in criminal justice. While pitching at Limestone Brian
unfortunately has a serious injury to his arm all but ending his hopes at playing
pro ball. Now it was time to be a pro taxidermist. After knowing Brian since he
was born it was a no brainier to add Brian to our staff. Brian is a great friend
as well as an employee. He is a very dedicated, hardworking, humorous, kind,
and respectful person. Truly the definition of a "good ole boy". We are very
proud to have Brian as a part of our staff and family.

Jennifer Young, Office Manager
When visiting the studio there is a good chance you may meet Jennifer is the
Office Manager & Virtual Assistant with Young's Wildlife. Jennifer does much of the
secretarial work for the company. Jennifer handles the importation process with
Keystone Fur Dressing as well as delivery and pick-up of skins for tanning and
crates and packages of specimens arriving from all over the world. The virtual
assistant is an integral part of Young's Wildlife. Keeping up to date with today's
society is a key part in growing a business. Constantly updating and changing the
content of our website is a constant job. Jennifer takes care of this on a daily basis
also doing photography and video for our blog, YouTube and Facebook page.
She answers all email's and does correspondence on other sites that we promote
such as Maryland Whitetail.com. Jennifer also runs her own business, Distinctive
Achievements, an awards, trophy and engraving business. She takes care of
production and promotional items as well as personalized engraved plates for our
clients and for other taxidermist.
Brooke Young & Justin Brown, Junior Taxidermist
Another part of our staff are our junior taxidermist. Our
daughter Brooke is a regular around the studio. She very
much enjoys being in the studio working on manikins,
modeling with clay and making artificial rocks. Brooke is
turning into quite a fisherman and also enjoys shooting a
bow and sitting in the blind in the woods with mom or dad.
One day maybe she will be winning taxidermy competitions.
Also a frequent visitor to the studio is Justin, our nephew.
He too enjoys being with the guys working on various things
especially anything that involves the drill. He even earned
his first dollars this year scratching manikins. Justin as well
likes to fish and spends a lot of time on the water fishing for
rockfish. Justin has quite a few trips in the woods hunting
under his belt even witnessing a couple deer being
harvested. This will probably be the year he gets to try for
himself.
